Low carb diets have become fashionable ever since the Atkins diet and Hollywood made eating carbs a no-no. There are all sorts of diets out there including low carbohydrate diets and most of them will help you lose weight if you follow them. But with low carb dieting you are expected to do exactly what the diet says; often a slip up will send you back to the most strict induction phase of the diet.
