Great tips from Gloria Tsang on how to cut calories from that holiday feast - in Robust Cooking. Here are a few of her tips:
Potatoes: Use buttermilk and light butter in the mashed potatoes (you’ll save about 140 calories).
Pies: Use Cool Whip Free instead of whipped cream and save 90 calories per serving.
